iSchool Virtual Academy Senior Esteban Gonzalez
We are excited to welcome back iSchool Virtual Academy (iSVA) Communication & Relationships Manager Genavieve Meyer as a special guest contributor for this story. Genavieve plays an instrumental role in highlighting the connections and overwhelming success of the iSVA community. Here, she helps us share the story of senior Estaban Gonzalez.
Senior Esteban Gonzalez has discovered an ideal balance at iSchool Virtual Academy, enabling him to focus on his photography business while completing his high school diploma.
“The flexibility of the schedule was huge for me,” Esteban shared. “I also love the faculty here! They are all truly so amazing and kind!”
Esteban launched his photography business in 2020, initially as a small-portrait photographer. After joining a photography program, he became a certified professional photographer in November 2021.
Since then, Esteban’s business has grown to include senior photography and wedding photography, which he now does full-time with the help of one staff member.
“I always had a love and passion for photography, supported by my grandpa and aunt, both photographers. I love delivering a gallery to my couples and seeing the joy of the memories we have captured for them!”
Set to graduate from iSVA at the end of the school year, Esteban is excited to “continue my business full time and continue to pursue religious ministry.”
We are thrilled that Esteban is a part of iSchool Virtual Academy and that the flexibility of our program is allowing him to pursue two dreams at once. We are so proud of Esteban and think his future looks picture-perfect!
