Fort Worth, Texas – Premier High School – Fort Worth, a tuition-free public charter school serving grades 9-12, is proud to host its annual Breast Cancer Awareness Pink Out event on Friday, October 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This exciting event will offer the local community a day of fun while raising awareness and support for an important cause.
Attendees can look forward to:
- Food trucks
- Live music from 97.9 The Beat
- FREE mammogram screenings, provided by a mammogram truck
- Blood donations through Carter BloodCare
- A balloon release in honor of breast cancer survivors and those who have passed
- A variety of vendors and booths, including Kona Ice, Seasons of Change, Boys and Girls Club, Holmes for Children, Rainbow Sprinkle Lemonade, and Armed Forces representatives
Special guests will include representatives from Susan G. Komen, the Tarrant County Health Department, and the Fort Worth Fire Department, all committed to supporting breast cancer awareness and public health.
“This event is more than just a celebration—it’s a chance for our school and the community to unite in a meaningful way,” said Campus Director Georgetta Reed. “At Premier, we are dedicated not only to our students’ education but also to creating opportunities for positive impact. By coming together for our Annual Pink Out Event, we can raise awareness, offer valuable health resources, and show support for those affected by breast cancer. It’s a day to make a real difference while enjoying the spirit of community and compassion.”
