The campus recognized the dedicated staff and faculty who have been part of its journey since its inaugural year.
Five years ago, Founders Classical Academy – Prosper opened its doors with a shared vision: to provide students with a tuition-free, classical education rooted in academic excellence, character development, and the pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty. Today, as the campus celebrates its fifth anniversary, it is also recognizing the educators and staff members who have been part of that journey since day one.
During a special anniversary celebration, Founders Classical Academy – Prosper honored its inaugural team members whose dedication has helped shape the campus into the thriving school community it is today. Their commitment over the past five years has provided students and families with consistency, meaningful relationships, and a culture built on high expectations and genuine care.
“Five years is a remarkable milestone, and it speaks volumes about the people who have invested their hearts into this campus from the very beginning,” said Headmaster Brooke Pearson. “Our founding faculty and staff have built more than a school; they’ve built a community where students are challenged academically, encouraged to grow in character, and inspired to pursue excellence each day. Their dedication continues to make Founders Prosper a place where families know their children are known, valued, and prepared for the future.”
Reaching a fifth anniversary is a significant milestone for any school, but it is especially meaningful when the people who helped lay the foundation continue to invest in its future. These founding faculty and staff members have witnessed the campus’s growth firsthand, celebrating student achievements, supporting families, and helping establish the traditions that define the Founders experience.
Heather Brown, who served as the campus’s founding Headmaster and now leads Founders Classical Academy as Superintendent, reflected on the journey from the school’s opening to today.
“When we opened Founders Prosper five years ago, we knew we were building something special, but it has been the unwavering commitment of our faculty, staff, students, and families that has brought that vision to life,” said Brown. “Watching this campus grow while staying true to its mission has been incredibly rewarding. The educators we are honoring today helped establish the culture of excellence and character that continues to impact students every day, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their service.”
