In golf, few achievements are as prestigious as competing at Augusta National Golf Club, a dream that many young golfers aspire to, and only a select few ever have the opportunity to experience it. One such exceptional talent is Founders Classical Academy – Corinth student Adelyn Owen.

Her dedication, hard work, and undeniable talent propelled her to first place in the seven to nine age group at the Drive, Chip, and Putt regional qualifier in Houston, punching her ticket to the National Finals at Augusta National Golf Club next spring.

Adelyn joins seven other finalists from across the country who will gather in Augusta, Georgia, during Masters week. One remarkable aspect of her incredible journey is her commitment to maintaining academic excellence while pursuing her passion for golf. Throughout her time at Founders Classical Academy – Corinth, Adelyn has demonstrated that it is possible to excel both in the classroom and on the golf course, setting an inspiring example for young student-athletes everywhere.

We are just over the moon,” said Adelyn’s parents, Kaitlyn and John Owen. “We are both so proud of the work and time she puts into her school work and golf.”
