Meet Regional Director of iSchool High and Quest Collegiate Academies, Luis Pratts! Luis has been a member of the ResponsiveEd family since 2016 and has played a crucial role in providing hope for our students in East Texas. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Luis graduated from Sam Houston State University and brings over 40 years of education experience to our campuses.

Luis began his career as a science teacher before moving into administrative roles. During his tenure as a teacher, Luis dedicated much of his time to community service. He served as President and Secretary of the Texas-Oklahoma Kiwanis Board, where he was recognized as Sponsor of the Year for the Key Club Texas-Oklahoma district. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the community, Luis received the prestigious Paul Harris Award from the Rotary Club of Spring Branch/Memorial. His experience most recently led him to serve as Campus Director at iSchool High – The Woodlands, where he profoundly impacted the campus’ student and teacher community and was among those named 2023 ResponsiveEd Campus Leader of the Year.

As Regional Director, Luis oversees iSchool High and Quest Collegiate Academy campuses to create an environment that promotes teamwork and academic excellence. Additionally, this role allows Luis to work closely with and mentor campus leadership to help them achieve their goals and campus initiatives.

“I am most proud of my time at iSchool High – The Woodlands and the opportunities we have created for our students to give back,” said Luis. “I love working for ResponsiveEd because of the family atmosphere and the amazing educators I work with who all share the same vision for our students.”

Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication, Luis!
