Meet our Executive Director of Accountability and Assessment, Dr. Lauren Fellers! As a member of the ResponsiveEd family since 2018, Dr. Fellers brings a wealth of experience to the Academics department.
Originally from Lewisville, Texas, Dr. Fellers received her master’s degree from the University of Colorado – Denver and a doctorate from Columbia University. She served as a postdoctoral researcher at New York University, where she was named the Institute of Education Science fellow. Throughout her career as an education researcher and program evaluator, Dr. Fellers’ work has focused on the research design, data, and statistical analysis that support more effective processes within higher education institutions and non-profit companies.
As Executive Director of Accountability and Assessment, Dr. Fellers oversees Academic Data and Accountability, Testing, School Improvement, and Graduation Services. Her role supports campus leadership as they execute high-quality campus improvement plans and state testing and assist in interpreting testing and academic data. Additionally, Dr. Fellers is responsible for supporting grant funds and activities.
“I am most proud of my work with campus directors,” she said. “I have always enjoyed working in teams and love getting to know and work with campus directors and helping their campuses succeed!”
