Meet our Contact Center Supervisor, Liz Dillard! Liz joined the ResponsiveEd family in 2015 and brought a wealth of experience to the Marketing department. Liz graduated from Brookhaven College with an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Studies with a concentration in English and Spanish from the University of North Texas. 

Before coming to ResponsiveEd, Liz spent twelve years working in childcare. For seven of those years, she served as a preschool teacher before taking on the role of Assistant Director at a local childcare center. There she was responsible for designing program plans, preparing budgets, and overseeing before and after-care programs. 

As Contact Center Supervisor, Liz is responsible for creating campus training materials and ensuring policies for enrollment are up-to-date. Her position allows her to work closely with our campuses, offering support for successful student enrollments districtwide. Additionally, Liz supervises our team of experienced call agents, responsible for helping to support campuses and families through the enrollment process – from start to finish. Thanks to Liz’s hard work and dedication, our enrollment process and Contact Center are even more accessible to campuses and families across the district. 

“I love the relationships I have built with campus staff,” she told us. “I enjoy getting to know them personally, and I’m honored that I am often their go-to person when they need assistance.”
