Tell Us About Yourself
I have spent several years in education and received a master’s in Business in Education from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico. I joined ResponsiveEd in 2015 and teach Spanish at Founders Classical Academy – Flower Mound.
What inspired you to become an educator?
My passion for becoming an educator stems from a lifelong interest in helping others learn and grow. I’ve always found joy in guiding people to discover new knowledge and develop skills to empower them to reach their full potential.
What are some things that your students have taught you?
My students have taught me the importance of effective communication. I have also learned never to make assumptions about one’s understanding or needs. When challenges or conflicts arise, it is crucial to take the time to clarify and fully understand the situation before making decisions or taking action.
What are you most proud of about your time with Founders Classical Academy – Flower Mound?
I am most proud of the relationships I have created on campus. Education is a powerful tool that can transform lives, and being part of that process inspires me every day.
What do you like most about being an educator for your campus?
My favorite thing about working for ResponsiveEd is the leadership. They are honest, genuinely care, and prioritize open communication, which creates a supportive and trusting environment for staff and students.
