Meet State Director of Premier High Schools & Virtual Learning in Arkansas, Dennis Felton! Dennis has called ResponsiveEd home since 2013 and has been instrumental in the growth and development of our Arkansas campuses. Born and raised in West Memphis, Arkansas, Dennis holds a masters in Public Administration and Education and is currently working towards his Doctorate in Public and K-12 Education Policy from the University of Arkansas.
As the State Director, Dennis oversees the day-to-day operations of Premier High School brick-and-mortar and virtual campuses in Arkansas. His role allows him to manage personnel at the building and district levels and handle outreach and communications efforts. Additionally, Dennis is responsible for the financial writing and administration of funds to enhance educational opportunities at our Arkansas campuses.
“I love working at ResponsiveEd because of all the educational options we provide to meet the needs of families,” said Dennis. “Over the last decade, I have been lucky enough to be involved in several school openings and expansions in Arkansas. I am grateful for the opportunity to spread our mission and vision with the community and to see the organization grow.”
