Meet our Director of Federal and Bilingual/ESL Programs, Mundi Wortham! Mundi has been a member of the ResponsiveEd family since 2019 and brings over 25 years of education experience to the Academics department.
Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Mundi earned a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Texas at Arlington and a master’s degree in educational leadership with principal certification from Concord University in Austin. She spent 15 years in the classroom before moving into leadership and administrative roles, serving as a campus assistant principal and district multilingual specialist. Before joining ResponsiveEd, Mundi also served as director of a student re-engagement campus in Sarasota, Florida.
Currently, as the Director of Federal and Bilingual/ESL Programs, Mundi oversees processes for the Federal Programs department, providing guidance and resources to campus and district leadership. Through her position, Mundi also supports the implementation of ESL programs in our schools and assists leadership in identifying and serving emergent bilingual students.
