Please join us in welcoming our new Director of Human Resources Operations & Compliance, Pete Alonzo! Born and raised in North Texas, Pete brings a wealth of experience to the Human Resources team. Before joining the ResponsiveEd family in November of 2022, Pete spent much of his 20-year career serving as a Director of Human Resources Information Systems in the private sector.
As Director of Human Resources Operations & Compliance, Pete oversees new hire processing and data integrity and is responsible for maintaining and updating policies and procedures outlined in district handbooks. Additionally, this new role allows Pete to work closely with employees, identifying and supporting their career goals while ensuring the organization complies with legal and internal policies and standards.
