As we continue celebrating our 25th anniversary, it is an honor to recognize those who have been with our organization for many years. One such member of the ResponsiveEd family is Special Education Teacher, 504, and Testing Coordinator Sally Buretta, who has been instrumental in our mission to provide hope for over 20 years.

Premier High School – Del Rio Teacher, Testing and 504 Coordinator Sally Buretta

Sally currently serves students at our Premier High School – Del Rio. After graduating with a degree in education from East Central University, Sally spent several years working in various special education and teaching roles before joining ResponsiveEd.

In addition to serving as a Special Education teacher at our Del Rio campus, her role as 504 Coordinator allows her to work closely with campus leadership to ensure that the needs of all students get met and education plans comply with state, federal, and local requirements. Additionally, Sally coordinates and provides training for state and local testing.

“I am most proud of my students’ accomplishments in and out of the classroom,” said Sally. “As a teacher, I have seen how the smaller class sizes and individualized instruction that ResponsiveEd provides positively impacts the lives of every student at our campus.”

Thank you, Sally, for your many years of hard work and dedication!
