Premier High School – Brownsville Campus Director Mari Alvarado
As we continue celebrating our 25th anniversary, it is an honor to recognize those who have been with our organization for several years. Meet Premier High School – Brownsville Campus Director Mari Alvarado. Mari has been a member of the ResponsiveEd family for over 20 years and continues to play a crucial role in providing hope for students in the Rio Grande Valley.
Born and raised in Brownsville, Texas, Mari graduated from The University of Texas – Brownsville with a degree in special education and a master’s in education diagnostics. She started her career in education working as a teacher aide for her local school district before joining ResponsiveEd in 2002 and eventually working her way up to campus director.
“I love working for ResponsiveEd because of the family atmosphere,” said Mari. “I enjoy coming to work and finding new ways to grow as an educator and provide hope for families.”
