Tell Us About Yourself

I was born and raised in Del Rio, Texas, and earned my degree in kinesiology exercise science from Angelo State University. In addition to teaching 9-12th grade, I also serve as CTE Coordinator at Premier High School – Del Rio.

What inspired you to become an educator?

For as long as I can remember, I have enjoyed helping people. I decided to become a teacher because it allowed me to work closely with kids of all ages and help them achieve their academic and personal goals.

What are you most proud of about your time with Premier High School – Del Rio?

I am most proud of my students’ dedication to their coursework and witnessing them succeed and reach their goals.

What do you like most about being an educator for your campus?

The best part of working for ResponsiveEd is the unique campus environment. Because of the smaller class sizes, I can form strong relationships with each student and find learning methods that work best for them.
