We are thrilled to announce that 150 teachers across the district have qualified for the prestigious TIA designation from the Texas Education Agency (TEA). The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program is designed to acknowledge and reward exceptional educators who exhibit an unwavering dedication to their students and achieve remarkable results in the classroom.
Under the TIA program, deserving educators in districts across Texas receive teacher-focused allotments as recognition for their outstanding performance. To earn this designation and its incentives, teachers must achieve several accomplishments, including high student growth scores and exceptional marks on T-TESS, the teacher observation system utilized throughout the school year.
This initiative not only elevates the teaching profession but also brings much-deserved recognition to those educators positively impacting the lives of students in Texas. We take great pride in celebrating our extraordinary educators at ResponsiveEd, who have been honored with this outstanding achievement.
