Please join us in welcoming our new Administrative Assistant for Safety and Security, Kay Roussey! Kay was born and raised in Garland, Texas, and brings several years of administrative experience to the Safety and Security team.
As Administrative Assistant, Kay will work closely with our Executive Director of Safety and Security, Steve Chaney, to ensure the safety of students on campuses across the district. Additionally, Kay will collaborate with other departments within the School Operations division to support department-wide goals and initiatives.
“I am very excited to join the team here at ResponsiveEd,” said Kay. “Since day one, every person I have met has had a friendly face, is eager to lend a helping hand, and offered tremendous support.”
When she isn’t busy working, you can find Kay tending to her garden and spending time with her husband and grandchildren fishing and hiking.
