iSchool High – Creekside Teacher Katlin Pinelli

ResponsiveEd and iSchool High – Creekside are proud to announce that math teacher, Katlin Pinelli, has been named a 2026 ConocoPhillips Math Teacher of the Month, one of six educators recognized this year.

The ConocoPhillips Math Teacher of the Month program, in partnership with the Houston Astros, recognizes Houston-area educators who go above and beyond to enhance math education and inspire the next generation of thinkers, innovators, and leaders.

Pinelli was selected for her dedication to student success and her ability to spark curiosity and confidence in the classroom. Through innovative instruction and a passion for teaching, she creates an engaging learning environment that encourages students to explore, problem-solve, and develop a lasting appreciation for math.

“We’re excited to recognize Ms. Pinelli and her accomplishments as an exceptional teacher who inspires student interest and excitement in mathematics,” said Jose Jasso, Campus Director of iSchool High – Creekside. “Her commitment to her students and her ability to make math meaningful and accessible truly set her apart. She is an invaluable part of our campus community, and we are so proud to see her recognized.”

As part of this honor, Pinelli will be recognized in July in an on-field pre-game ceremony during the 2026 Astros season. iSchool High – Creekside proudly congratulates Katlin Pinelli on this outstanding achievement and thanks her for the difference she makes in student lives every day.
