We are excited to share the story of recent iSchool Virtual Academy (iSVA) graduate Braden Snyder with the help of iSVA Communication & Relationships Manager Genavieve Meyer.
When Braden first enrolled at iSVA, he found more than just a new academic setting; he discovered a fresh start. In just one year, he not only embraced the unique opportunities of a virtual learning environment but also rediscovered his motivation, overcame personal and academic challenges, and found a path forward that fits him perfectly.

“Braden’s time at iSchool Virtual Academy has been nothing short of transformative,” said Braden’s mother. iSVA’s flexible, mastery-based curriculum allowed Braden to thrive in ways that traditional brick-and-mortar schooling never did. In just one year, he found new motivation, achieved incredible success, and gained the confidence to take on the future. “We couldn’t be prouder of what he’s accomplished,” his mother added. ‘If we had one regret, it’s that we didn’t make the switch sooner!”
Since earning his diploma this May, Braden plans to serve his country and enlist in the U.S. Navy. His story is a powerful reminder of what can happen when students find the right environment and are empowered to succeed on their own terms.
