Premier High School – Abilene marked a significant milestone by celebrating its 25th anniversary with a community event that brought together students, families, Alumni, and local leaders. The celebration, held on June 22, was highlighted by the presence of honored guest Council Member Shane Price and a special flag donation from Texas State Representative Stan Lambert.
The event commenced with a welcoming speech by Campus Director Meredith Goodner, followed by a morning of games, giveaways, food, and entertainment. Families had the opportunity to learn more about the school’s mastery-based program with flexible schedules, which allows students to earn their diplomas and prepare for a meaningful career, military service, or continuing education while participating in the event’s festivities.
“We are deeply honored to have Council Member Shane Price and Representative Stan Lambert join us in celebrating this special occasion. Their presence and contributions highlight the strong community ties we have built over the past 25 years,” said Campus Director Meredith Goodner. “As one of the first Premier High School campuses to be established, we are so excited to celebrate this exciting milestone with the community.”
Regional Director Roderick Saldana also expressed gratitude and pride in the school’s journey. “Premier High School – Abilene has grown and evolved tremendously since its inception. Our success is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our staff, students, and the unwavering support of our community. As we look to the future, we remain committed to providing exceptional educational opportunities that prepare our students for success in all aspects of life.”
The event was a fitting tribute to Premier High School – Abilene’s legacy of academic excellence and community engagement.
